Associate and Lay Development Pastor, Alan Gibson

Alan Gibson is our Lay Development Pastor. Alan and his wife, Nancy, and two children, David and Danielle, came to Karcher in March of 2000.

As Lay Development Pastor, Alan wants to be your liaison in becoming assimilated into the Karcher Family. His goal is that you be connected with God and with each other. This may be through a ministry in which to serve, a Sunday School Class to attend, or to become a part of a small group (Power Cells). Our desire is that you would sense God's presence and the care of His people.

If you are a new believer, we encourage you to attend our Firm Foundations class that will establish you in the basics of Christian living. Following the completion of Firm Foundations, please consider being discipled, one-on-one through our Timothy program. If you have not been baptized, we offer you a Water Baptism class. We do offer a Membership class in which you discover what Karcher Nazarenes are all about. By attending, it doesn't mean you have to join. In conjunction to joining Karcher, we do ask that you attend our Spiritual Gifts class to discover where it is that you can best serve and be the most fulfilled. Another class that we offer is a Sanctification class in which we dialogue about our cardinal doctrine; how it relates to all that we believe and how it is relevant in everyday living.

"If you are green, you will grow.  If you are ripe, you will rot."  We are seekers of Christ who calls us into his fellowship.
